If you have indeed confirmed your date with us and chosen us to be your Wedding photographer  – Thank you 🙂

To finalise your booking please pay the minimum retainer (deposit) amount of
$250 Budget or $350 for the Full Coverage.

Please use the Grooms Last name as a reference. Upon receiving the money we will send an invoice confirming payment and your booking.

Further part payments before the wedding are welcome and a direct debit can be set up as well. 

Please note – There is a two week cooling off period for all retainers
If canceled the minimum retainer is not refundable unless we get another booking on the same date.

After confirming your Wedding Date is Available please fill out the below form to book in with BillyB Photography.

    Terms and Conditions 1. Upon your submission, BillyB Photography will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the retainer is non-refundable. 2. The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by BillyB Photography are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without BillyB Photography’s explicit written permission. Sold Digital Negatives are for personal use only - such as reprints and enlargements and must not be used in any publications without a credit to BillyB Photography. 4. THE CLIENT hereby assigns and grants BillyB Photography the right to use and publish photographs of THE CLIENT for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose. It is agreed that BillyB Photography may display and use the photographs taken for advertising, display, website and Internet promotion, photographic contests and public displays. 5. PAYMENTS: THE CLIENT agrees that a retainer is required at the time of contract acceptance and 100% of the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. The retainer is non refundable unless we are able to book another client on the same day. It is however Transferable 6. BillyB Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation and processing of photographs; including using professional grade equipment. However, in the unlikely event of THE CLIENT’S photographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons within or beyond BillyB Photography’s control, the latter’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated herein. 7. NON-GUARANTEE: Although every possible care will be taken to produce high quality photographs of all important and special events during the wedding, BillyB Photography cannot place an unconditional guarantee on the above. BillyB Photography will not be held responsible for any ruined photographs due any other cause in or outside of BillyB Photography’s control.

We like to keep it simple at BillyB Photography.  We believe our clients should be able to choose their wedding photography options and do not offer packages. We specialise in great photography so this is what we focus on. 
 
All Images yours to Keep.

Your day, your memories and your digital negatives too. You will receive all digital Images professionally edited, at the highest quality for all of your printing needs.  You will also receive a low-resolution copy for easy screen viewing and social media sharing.

 

Basic Coverage (3-4 hours) $1590*

Includes – Ceremony,  Family and Guests, Bridal Party & Bride and Groom Main Photo-shoot, DVD of all professionally edited images, Including Black and White, Sepia and other creative effects. * Max four hours

Full Coverage (8-10 hours) $2590*

 

The whole wedding – Start to finish – Groom getting ready, Bride getting ready, Ceremony, Family and Guests, Bridal Party, Bride and Groom Portraits, Reception Room photos, Speeches, Cake Cutting, Table Photos, Bridal Waltz, Party/ Dance photos, Bouquet throwing, Garter throwing, Goodbye Photos. Professionally edited images including Black and White, Sepia and other creative effects provided. *Max 10 hours

Pre Wedding Photo Shoot $450

A great way to get to know our photographer. A 30-minute photo shoot at a Central Coast Location. Comes with All professionally edit Images on a DVD, ready to print.

Trash The Dress  $450

Not for the light-hearted 🙂 An After Wedding photo shoot with the Happy couple (or sometimes just the bride) where we can get really creative.
